Sales representative answers phone " Your Company Name Promotions Center my name is _____ may I have your zip code and home telephone number to verify that the promotion is available in your area?"

Sales representative gathers customer contact data and proceeds to explain your promotional offer utilizing the customized script.

Sales representative gains customer approval to process order, verifies appropriate rate plan for customer, captures customer's credit information, confirms the order
and releases the customer. Order is then processed into carrier credit and activations system with your Dealer Code, or sent directly to you for programming and delivery. |

If customer is approved, order is sent to Fulfillment Center for shipment. Each phone order is kitted with a customized packing slip and welcome letter in your company name, including the carrier contract, and any other customer collateral. Phone is delivered to consumer within 72 hours of purchase. |

If customer is not approved for credit, an outbound call to the consumer is made within 24 hours. Consumer is informed of status and referred to nearest Dealer Retail Store for other options. |

All consumer inquiries who are not ready to purchase at that time are referred to the nearest retail location with Store address, Mgr name and telephone number. Every call is digitally voice recorded and stored for future retrieval. |
